Background
Dr. Saeed Al Saqer is a passionate individual who is leading Mass Communication Programs. He obtained his Ph.D. from IMMAMU-Riyadh, KSA in Journalism and Electronic Publishing, and has taken on different roles since. He filled roles from being a lecturer in Mass Communication, to becoming the Dean of Mass Communication College. He is also a Senior Member in the University council. He has also undertakes the strategic and operational planning of the college in accordance with College policy and frameworks.

The expertise of Mass Communication and journalism is a particular professional interest that Dr. Saeed constantly uses to raise the standards of the institutions he is involved with. He uses digitization tools to ultimately transform the traditional and cultural aspects that were once forgotten to being relevant and vibrant in the modern age. For example, he Lead on the forecasting of learner numbers across the college and take prompt action to ensure that targets are met and perform training and development plans for academic staff to develop and improve the planning, organization, and delivery of the curriculum.
